FIELD: building machines production. SUBSTANCE: guide wheel is made of two parts (discs) of a simple shape, that allows one to increase significantly homogeneity of ingot structures and reliability of the guide wheel. The discs are interconnected inside a hub through pressing, and welding around outer surface of the rim. Guide ledges are made on each disc and sifted from joint surface towards the races. The discs the guide wheel are made of armored cast steel of middle hardness. EFFECT: reliability of the guide discs. 2 dwg
