A base frame has a middle (2), right side (4) and left (3) side part tilted by roughly seven degrees on the front lengthwise support of a basic frame (1). The three parts (2-4) are supported at the back by struts (6) against the back lengthwise support of the basic frame. A support rail (13) is positioned directly above the front lengthwise support on the parts (2-4). The middle part has a vertical V shaped gap (12) closed above by a top frame (11) and underneath by a base frame (10) positioned in a cavity (9) below the rail. The cutter (5) in the V shaped gap is fixed underneath in a pivot bearing (28) and fixed by a locking mechanism. The implement support (30) travels along guide bars (21) and are joined by drive chains (29) running over chain pinions (24) positioned on chain wheel shafts (23, 27) in the frame (22) and in the bracket (26) of the cutter.
