METHOD FOR REPAIRING CONCRETE AND REINFORCED CONCRETE STRUCTURES AND DEVICE FOR IMPLEMENTING THE SAME

FIELD: civil engineering. SUBSTANCE: method for repairing concrete and reinforced concrete structures lies in the fact that cleaning, crack opening and injecting are made using electric discharges. The device has portions of spiral accelerator. Each portion has a pipe with electrodes placed in a can. Inclined injector is placed at the beginning of it. Coaxial dischargers are placed along lengthwise axis at crack beginning and over the crack. Electric power of predetermined frequency and design number of puls is supplied to the discharges. Water is supplied concurrently with electric power. The device is moved along the crack at a specified speed. On achieving crack end the accelerator is filled with prepared mortar through inlet unit. Electric power of predetermined frequency and design number of pulses is supplied to the dischargers. Each pulse in lower portion is delayed about the pulse in upper portion. The device is moved to the beginning of the crack, and surplus mortar is removed as injection comes. All operations are repeated at new section. EFFECT: lower labour consumption, pure method as concerns ecology.
