摘要 <p>An organism-like batch centrifugal separator of the highest level of performance and of a high degree of perfection, having functions improved and completed by an additionally provided mechanism on the basis of an analysis of the results of a test on conventional batch centrifugal separators. The additional provided mechanism is systematically integrated and constituted. 1) Improvement of the mechanism for material supply. The effect of feed flow is improved by providing a supply auxiliary pipe (11) and a discharge plate (13) in the hollow of a hollow rotating shaft (3). 2) Improvement of mechanisms in a liberating tank (4). The effects of the functions of separation, sedimentation and peeling are improved by providing a forced sedimentation device (5) and a deposited fine particle peeling device (6) in the liberating tank (4). 3) Improvement of the mechanism for discharge. The discharging function is made efficient by providing an atomization preventive device (16) in a purified liquid recovery passage (14) and providing a deposited fine particle outlet (8) at the bottom of the liberating tank (4). Accordingly, a batch centrifugal separator of high performance is realized.</p>
