FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: substituent of living skin is used for treatment of damaged skin layers at burns and wounds that consists of suspension of cells covered with microspheres. It can be applied on the damaged skin as paste or ointment. Skin implant can be adopted to the changes of skin damage of the vast areas and does not demand sutures or clamps application. Microspheres can be made of the different biocompatible material resorbing in vitro. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of skin substituent.
