FIELD: building materials. SUBSTANCE: composition has aqueous dispersions of impregnating and film-forming copolymers, inorganic water-soluble and organic water-insoluble antiseptics. Impregnating dispersion: triple copolymer of vinylidene chloride with vinyl chloride and maleic anhydride at dispersion particle size 1-5 mcm; film-forming dispersion: double copolymer of vinylidene chloride with vinyl chloride at particle size 5-15 mcm; water-soluble antiseptics: mixture of borax, boric acid and sodium fluoride; water-insoluble antiseptic: trichloroethyl phosphate; film stabilizing agent: mixture of calcium and zinc acetates; light-stabilizing agent: Benzone OA; antifrothing agent: oleic acid; stabilizing agent of surface-active substance dispersion: Oxistat-1 taken at the following ratio, wt.-%: triple copolymer of vinylidene chloride, vinyl chloride and maleic anhydride 65-83; double copolymer of vinylidene chloride with vinyl chloride 12-22; sodium fluoride 1-3; borax 0.5-2; boric acid 0.5-2; trichloroethyl phosphate 1-2; mixture of acetates 1-2; Benzone OA 0.05-0.70; oleic acid 0.3-0.4, and Oxistat-1 of surface-active substance - the rest.
