FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: sugar is added to the boiled milk at stirring, cooled to the room temperature; then separately churned egg yolks or egg powder were added to the cooled milk, stirred to homogeneous state. Then concentrate of bifidobacterium of species Bifidum bifidum (strain 791), Bifidum adolescentis MC-42, or Bifidum bifidum (strain 791) and B. adolescentis MC-42 together were added to mixture at stirring. Bifidobacterium concentrate is added at amount 60-150 ml per 1 l milk, then an aqueous-spirituous solution or vodka is added. Simultaneously with egg yolks or egg powder the oily solution of vitamin "E", for example, sea buckthorn oil, is added additionally. Method can be used for alcohol-containing drinks preparing. EFFECT: improved method of bifidobalsam preparing. |
