<p>The control member consists of a ring (1) containing a hemispherical head (T) connected to a return member (2). The head has a body (3) shaped to receive a hemispherical friction ring (4) which is capable of elastic deformation. The ring (4) is split and is able to deform within the limits of elastic elements carried by the body (3), which is rigid. The ring is compressed for fitting so that it takes up any play. The elastic elements are also in the form of a ring (5) with a rectangular U-shaped section, side flanges and base ribs, and the split ring (4) has an outer anti-friction coating of Teflon (RTM) or similar. <IMAGE></p> |
