The insert has at least one through chamber (11-13) and several identical segments (10), orthogonal to the chamber axis. Along the latter the segments are interconnectable in a centring manner. Pref. the chamber consists of a main chamber and a secondary one (12',13'), connected to the main one vertically to main chamber axis. The main chamber is typically rectangular in cross-section, while the secondary one has at least one arcuated chamber wall (16,17). Alternatively the insert may have a round cross-section.
