Swivel fitment for backrest and head rest of especially slatted mattress frame

A swivelling lever (3) adjustable in height is positioned on each lengthwise side of the mattress frame. The lever is height adjustably mounted by one end so as to pivot on a horizontal pivot axle (4) on a frame (5) containing the mattress frame. The pivot lever, some way from its pivot axle, has a runner (6) acting below the end of the backrest (1) next to the head rest (2). The pivot lever's head rest end is movably joined to the head rest in a double guide (7). The head rest is fixed in any tilting position by a three point linkage formed by the double guide and the head rest's pivot axle (8).
