PURPOSE:To prevent the services from being reduced by combining a wide band exchange device and image selection device for use to prevent the generation of loss probability. CONSTITUTION:The one-way broadcast type image information from a image center 2 is selected in the image selection device 14 to be output to subscribers 4 and 4'. The up-flow of bidirectional image information communication between subscribers is input to a line concentrator 16. It is concentrated in the line concentrator 16 to be input to an image multiplexing device 13, arranged for the specified time slots, and output from the device 13. Then, it is extracted for separation in the image selection device 14 according to the directions of a common control device 12, and sent as the down-flow of the bidirectional image information communication. This permits to prevent the survices from being reduced by preventing the generation of loss probability.
