PURPOSE: To prevent leakage of toner between each of both sides of the toner case and each of back surfaces of the both sides of a developing blade, by sticking both sides of a blade seal to the both sides of the toner case and the back surfaces of both sides of the developing blade by an adhesive layer. CONSTITUTION: This device is provided with the blade seal 20 furnished with the adhesive layer 21 stuck to both sides of the toner case 1 composed of an elastically bendable material such as sponge and the adhesive layer 23 stuck on the rear of both sides of the developing blade 10 on both surfaces. Then, at the time of developing, by the adhesive layer 21, a front surface of the blade seal 20 stuck to a blade seal sticking surface 19 of the toner case 1 and the rear of the developing blade 10 are firmly stuck to each other by the adhesive layer 23, and moreover ruggedness of the surface of the developing blade side of the blade seal 20 is filled with the adhesive of the adhesive layer 23 and smoothed. As a result, entering of the toner between the back surface of the developing blade 10 and the blade seal 20 can surely be prevented. |
