PURPOSE: To provide a device automatically performing the preparation of model data on such as an object and a display object. CONSTITUTION: This device is provided with an input means 1 inputting the initial description that the three-dimensional model of a display object or a control object is expressed as data including surface attribute information, an extraction means 2 extracting the partial area which is close in space from this inputted initial description a decision means 3 deciding the similarity of surface attribute information for this extracted partial area and an integrating description preparing means 4 preparing the description that the partial area of the initial description is integrated based on the initial description and outputting this description as model data, based on this decision result.
