PURPOSE: To prevent the needle point of an injection needle from damaging the skin when pierced thereto, and minimize the pain by slantingly cutting the top end part of a medical injection needle so that the section right-angled to the axis has an elliptic cylindrical form to form the top end part. CONSTITUTION: The needle point seen from the axial direction of an injection needle 1 is horizontally crushed into an elliptic form as the track of a sports ground. Otherwise, the upper or lower part of the circle of the section of the injection needle 1 is crushed into a drop form. Further, the cutting line is made to a gentle curve, and the top end part is recessed to form a width. Since the top end part of the injection needle is thus made into the form minimizing the cut quantity of the skin, no pain is felt. Since the top end of the injection needle easily pierced to a blood vessel is recessed, further, the injection needle is easily pierced to the blood vessel to eliminate the repeated piercing. |
