MOUNT STRUCTURE FOR ULTRASONIC SENSOR

PURPOSE: To facilitate the mount of the sensor to a race way with simple structure and space saving. CONSTITUTION: The mount structure has a wear plate 3 whose width is narrower than the width of a lower opening 1a of a race way 1 and whose length is longer than the width of the lower opening 1a and having a thread hole 3a in the middle and a tightening screw 5 inserted to a throughhole 4a in the middle of a base 4 of an ultrasonic wave sensor 2 from the lower side and screwing a screw 5a to the thread hole 3a of the wear plate 3. Then the wear plate 3 is inserted to the lower opening 1a of the race way 12 while its broadwise direction is in matching with the broadwise direction of the opening 1a and a screw part 5a of the tightening screw 5 inserted to the throughhole 4a of the base 4 of the ultrasonic wave sensor 2 is screwed to the thread hole 3a of the wear plate 3, the tightening screw 5 is turned to turn the wear plate 3 and the wear plate 3 and the tightening screw 5 press and hold the opening ridge 1b of the race way 1 and the base 4 to mount the ultrasonic sensor 2 to the race way 1.
