<p>PURPOSE: To obtain a compsn. which is excellent in adhesion to various substrates, esp. to nonpolar substrates such as OPP, gives a high laminate strength, and has a high water resistance due to a hardly water-sol. polyhydrazine compd. CONSTITUTION: This compsn. contains a water-base polyurethaneurea having hydrazino (-NHNH2 ) groups and/or hydrazone structures of the formula (wherein R1 and R2 are each H, alkyl, or aryl) at the molecular ends as the binder and a hardly water-sol. polyhydrazine compd. The polyurethaneurea is prepd. by reacting a compd. having at least one ionic functional group and at least one isocyanate-reactive group, a compd. having polyoxyethylene units, a hardly water-sol. polyhydrazine compd., and an org. polyisocyanate.</p> |
