PURPOSE: To provide an automotive air bag device which can prevent an air bag from coming out between a cabin side member back surface around an air bag door and the periphery of the opening side end part of an air bag storage device while the air bag is inflating, without sacrifice of the degree of freedom in the design of a cabin side member and the air bag door and without complicating the structure of the cabin side member and so on. CONSTITUTION: This automotive air bag device is provided with an air bag door 11 which is mounted at the prescribed position of a cabin side member 10, and an air bag storage container 30 which is secured onto an attaching member 20 positioned at the back of the cabin side member with its opening side end part 31 facing the back surface of the air bag door, whereas a space between the periphery of the opening side end part of the air bag storage container and the back surface of the air bag door back surface is covered with a frame-shaped attachment 40. |
