PURPOSE: To improve efficiency when the laminate of a plurality of ceramic green sheets is laminated by a hydrostatic press by sealing the laminate of the plurality of ceramic green sheets in a metal package, and applying hydrostatic pressure to integrally thermally compressing it. CONSTITUTION: Ceramic powder, PVC resin and organic solvent are dispersed by using a ball mill, and a ceramic green sheet is formed by using a reverse roll coater. After a PD inner electrode is printed on the green sheet, the sheets are laminated as a laminate 4, and the laminate 4 is sealed in a metal package 3. It is laminated in liquid of 60 to 180 deg.C by using the hydrostatic pressure of 10 to 300kg/cm<2> , and thermally compressed integrally. Thus, a laminated element having high reliability can be efficiently manufactured in a short time. The green sheet in which polyethylene having excellent green sheet strength which needs a high temperature in the case of laminating is used as binder can be obtained in a large quantity. |
