PURPOSE: To enable a user to utilize this apparatus interactively with an answer person and to smoothly complete inquiries by displaying the answer information of the user anticipated from question information and allowing the user to make interaction by selectively assigning the displayed answer information. CONSTITUTION: A customer touch panel display 13 has a display function which displays procedures for transaction and utilization to the customer and a touch input function which has transparent contact switches corresponding to the displayed and guided display keys and permits touch input. The customer makes indirect interaction with a clerk by selectively instructing and inputting various kinds of the displayed and guided information. The clerk makes indirect interaction with the customer by selectively instructing and inputting various kinds of the information displayed and guided on a clerk touch panel display 14. A CPU is so constituted that the interactive use can be made by allowing the customer to select the specific foreign language out of plural foreign languages, such as English, Chinese, Korean and French, to be interactively used in addition to Japanese. The customer is, therefore, able to interactively utilize the apparatus simply by selecting the answer information displayed on the display 13. |
