PURPOSE: To provide a totalization management system for automatic cash processor which can easily manage maintenance data. CONSTITUTION: Automatic cash processors A1-An are each provided with a central control part CPU to sequentially store maintenance data regarding data outputted from sensors θ1-θm, detecting abnormal operation, etc., in a 1st storage area MD and total money data regarding the reception and payment of money outputted from monitor sensors E1-Ei in a 2nd storage area ME. A file management part MC puts together the data stored m the 1st and 2nd storage areas MD and ME at specific intervals into management file data DH 1-DHn to which management data having date and time information, etc., are added and sends them to a totalizing device B. The totalizing device B saves the management file data DH1-DHn in 1st and 2nd storage areas BMD and BME and outputs the file data regarding the total money data and the file data regarding the maintenance data through an output part BG at an operator's request.
