摘要 <p>PURPOSE: To provide a carrier which complies with high quality and is provided with an excellent charging property by using phenol resin as a resin constituting a magnetic body dispersed resin particulates and using a specific resin particulates with a specific particulates diameter as a resin particulates. CONSTITUTION: With magnetic body dispersed resin particulates containing magnetic particulates dispersed inn phenol resin, resin particulates with a number average primary particulates diameter of 0.02-0.5μm are added and mixed, and then, mechanical shock is repeatedly applied to the resin particulates while heating them at a temperature of 30 deg.C to 100 deg.C, and a resin coating layer is formed on the magnetic body dispersed resin particulates surface. In the first step in which an adhesion process is carried out, an order mixture(OM) is formed by using electrostatic adhering force, and in the second step, the coated resin particulates is fixed by applying mechanical shock under a proper temperature. As the order mixture(OM) is previously formed, a uniform coating layer can be formed, and at the same time, composite grains are prevented from direct mutual collision in the fixing process, so that the breakage of the magnetic body dispersed resin particulates can be prevented.</p>
