FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: measurements in centrifuged layer of matter are conducted in vacuum glass or transparent plastic test tube with float. When testing matter probable having been infected, for example, blood, measurements may be performed by applying test tube in order to protect laboratory technician from contact with blood. Test tubes are large enough to contain one millimeter of blood approximately. Tubes are filled with inert gas under low pressure. Due to great volume of sample for tube and float assigned, requirements to permissible deviations of sizes are cushioned in comparison with test tubes which have capillary tubes. Groups of cells are stabilized during centrifuging by layer of flowing matter, which is disposed onto plasma layer and forms a thin film onto its surface. EFFECT: improved precision of measurement. |
