Fragmentator-auger 3 is installed in cavity of casing 1 along its longitudinal axis. It is fastened at the other end of casing hermetically with a possibility of turning relatively the latter. Endosurgical suction unit provides effective removing from abdominal cavity clots of blood and contents of intestine which easily supplied through holes 2 into casing cavity, where they are gripped and processed by fragmentator-auger 3. EFFECT: improved design, easily assembled and disassembled.
