An injection moulding press nozzle with controlled shut-off which consists of a hollow nozzle body (1), through which the injection material poises, for an entry at one end and a nose (2) applied to the mould at the other. The controlled shut-off (4,5) formed from a support (34) and a needle (5) co-operating with a seating (201) of the nose (2) to open and close, gas a control lever (6) that moves the support (4), through which it passes (401) to move the needle (5) under the action of a central piston (7). The end (6-1) of the control lever (6) which is connected by a joint to the nozzle body, has an open fork shape (602), opening towards the end of the lever and overlapping a shaft, about which it can rock, carried by the nozzle body (1).
