<p>PURPOSE: To provide an electronic questionnaire system which can free a questionnaire performer from secondary operation such as the distribution and collection of questionnaires. CONSTITUTION: This system is equipped with a questionnaire requesting device 10 which performs an asking process for questionnaires, a questionnaire managing device 20 which performs a managing process for the questionnaires, and a questionnaire answer devices 30 which performs answer processing of the questionnaires. The questionnaire requesting device 10 performs the generation, asking, and answer batch reception of the questionnaires. The questionnaire managing device 20 performs the asking reception, distribution, and answer batch transmission of the questionnaires. The questionnaire answer device 30 performs the reception, answer process, and return of the questionnaires.</p> |
