FIELD: medicine; particularly, surgery and traumatology; may be used in management damaged cruciate ligaments of knee joint. SUBSTANCE: method is distinguished by use of lavsan ligature Nos 6-8 for application of fastening of reinforced suture to fascial tenia cut out of femur fascia. The method includes opening of joint cavity, formation of bone channels through which autograft is conducted. Graft is additionally sutured by lavsan ligature Nos 6-8 according to Kuneo suture type. Autograph is free of rejection reaction, distinct arthrosis phenomena, cutting-through the bone caused by physical load, tendency to overtensioning that provides for reduced recurrences in postoperative period and improves results of patient treatment. EFFECT: higher quality and efficiency of prosthesis of chronic damage to cruciate ligaments of knee joint. |
