FIELD: agricultural engineering; potato harvesters. SUBSTANCE: potato digger has frame 1, share 2, screen separator 3 made in form of rods fitted with space in between. Blades 4 forming axial hole 5 are connected to rods over screw line. Separator 3 has gear wheel 6 engaging with gear wheel 7 of drive 8. Disk knives 16 are installed on shaft 15 in parallel with share 1. Disk knives 16 are coupled with drive 8 by means of chain drive 18. EFFECT: simplified design, prevention of clogging of screen separator by plants, reduced traction force and improved cleaning of tubers. 1 dwg |
