FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: product: new substituted 1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinolines. Synthesized compounds are useful for treatment of vascular restenosis, different disturbances of central nervous system, for regulation of female reproductive functions, for treatment of atherosclerosis and disorders of excessive AVP secretion, for enhancement of cognitive capability. New intermediate compounds used for synthesis and methods of their use and pharmaceutical compositions were described also in invention. EFFECT: improved method of synthesis.
