发明名称 ELECTRICAL IGNITION DEVICE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD
摘要 PURPOSE: To provide an electrical ignition device in which its yield is high, its manufacturing cost is low, it has a high air-tightness and its performance can be kept for a long period of time and to provide its manufacturing method. CONSTITUTION: An electrical ignition device 10 is constructed such that a heat generating resistor wire 1 is installed in a glass pipe 6 and ignition chemicals are filled in contact with the heat generating resister wire 1. One end of the glass pipe 6 is covered by a resin 8 and a glass ball 2 is melted, adhered to the other end of the glass pipe and sealingly closed to it and then the heat generating resister wire 1 is applied over two electrode pins 3 and 4 passed through the glass ball 2. A method for manufacturing the electrical ignition device 10 is performed such that the two electrode pins 3 and 4 are melted, adhered and passed through the glass ball 2 and fixed there, thereafter the heat generating resister wire 1 is applied over the electrode pins 3 and 4, the heat generating resister wire 1 is inserted into one end of the glass pipe 6 so as to adhere one end and the glass ball 2 to seal them, and then an ignition chemical 7 is filled while being contacted with the heat generating resister wire 1 within the glass pipe 6 and then the other end of the glass pipe 6 is sealingly covered by the resin 8.
