FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: plug for tubular sausage casing corrugated in machine, provided with casing guide, is formed as partly twisted compressed cylindrical member with gas discharge axial opening shaped in accordance with casing guide section. Partly twisted and compressed plug applied to one end of casing may resist high stresses and is kept impact through the whole injection process, during which sausage products are normally subjected to the action of pressure. EFFECT: increased efficiency, high strength of casing and improved quality of product. |
