FIELD: transport; carrying passengers and cargoes in hard-to-reach regions without landing fields. SUBSTANCE: wing-in-ground-effect craft can execute low-altitude flight, takeoff and landing on water, ice and smooth ground of different compactness. Proposed configuration of sectional wing defines appearance of wing- in-ground-effect craft with lifting-surface wing made in form of center wing and outer wings of preset shape and geometry according to span forming wing with aspect ratio λ> 2.5, 20 to 35 degrees leading edge sweep, with aileron-flaps, and starting from spanwise coordinate Z=8.3 m, outer wings are of gull wing type. Center wing and outer wings (without gull wings) form central portion of lifting surface wing-low body-wing with aspect ratio λ≅ 2.0 and tapered platform with airfoil thickness ratio (0.14-0.18) B made with flat lower surface and end sections of outer wings limited by plates in form of floats-skegs with planing steps. Lifting surface wing has bow and stern control surfaces and skeg guard forming starting air cushion under bottom of wing-in-ground-effect craft. Proposed concept of craft in combination with new developments of lifting surface wing and landing gear with retractable in flight rigid guard of air cushion make it possible to create light-weight high-speed wing-in-ground-effect craft with low takeoff and landing speeds, high reliability and safety and wide sphere of use.
