<p>PURPOSE: To provide an infrared ray gas analyzer wherein only one cell window is sufficient, which, has a simple structure, and has improved reliability against gas leakage due to a durable sealing part. CONSTITUTION: An infrared ray gas analyzer is provided with a passage 1a for circulating measurement gas and a space 1b for projecting infrared rays at right angle for the passage 1a at a cell block 1, a cell window 2, a half mirror 3, and an infrared ray light source 4 at the space 1b, and a recessed surface mirror 5 at a position opposing the passage la of the cell window 2 being arranged so that it faces the passage la, and further a detector 6 in the direction of reflection light of the half mirror 3.</p> |
