摘要 FIELD: transport. SUBSTANCE: valve of vehicle suspension pneumohydraulic spring is made in form of damping unit 8 self-adjustable for vibration frequency and provided with main throttling channel 9 made in piston and constantly communicating under-piston space with rod space in which hydraulic accumulator is installed. Spring-loaded plunger 10 with groove in middle portion fitted in piston radial hole 11 overlaps by its left-hand side and additional throttling channel 19 made in piston which places under-piston space in communication with rod space in beyond- the resonance vibrations zone and at high pressure differentials. It forms, together with radial hole 11 of piston, left-hand and middle plunger spaces, 14 and 15, respectively, communicating with rod space, and right-hand plunger space 16 communicating with middle plunger space 15 through throttling slot 17 made on right-hand cylindrical portion of plunger 10. It has also pump 12 whose piston 2 is installed in first through hole 13 made in piston 2 connecting under-piston space with rod space. Piston forms, together with through hole, space 20 of pump 12 communicating with rod space 6 through suction valve 21 and filter 22 and with right-hand plunger space 16, through plunger-type delivery valve 23 installed in second through axial hole 24 made in piston 2. Hole 24 places under-piston space 5 in communication with rod space. Spring is furnished additionally with plunger-type spring-loaded safety valve 26 installed in third through hole 25 made in piston and communicating under-piston space with rod space. Valve 26 overlaps channel made in piston which places right-hand plunger space 16 in communication with under-piston space. EFFECT: improved smoothness of rigid owing to self-adjustment of spring damping characteristic depending on vibration frequency, reduced power losses and heating of spring in beyond-the- resonance zone. 2 dwg
