PURPOSE: To facilitate updating work for business card contents at the time of a personnel change by generating and passing a business card which has a unique identification number and secret information together with notation information to a member and registering the information in a data base. CONSTITUTION: To register information on a member in a center 300 (new entry), the member 100 sends his or her name, company name, post, telephone number, and FAX number which become business card information as a registration request to the center 300 by mailing or FAX 102. Then, the center 300 once receiving the application from the member 100 generates a unique service number and a unique password number for every member. The center 300 stores the generated service number and password number in a member file 350 together with the received information. While generated echo business card is delivered to the member 100, the business card information stored in the member file 350 and key data on the generated service number and password number are written on an IC card (membership card), which is distributed to the member. |
