<p>PURPOSE: To provide a conveniently usable cooking material used together with an aluminum container for microwave cooking, which can be used for heating a fluidal food contained in an aluminum container by a microwave cooker to prepare a tasty dish which is free from stickiness. CONSTITUTION: Fluidal gratin material 4, for example, is contained in an aluminum container 2, which is then hermetically wrapped by means of a heating wrapper member 3 and heated by electromagnetic waves 11 of a microwave oven. The heating wrapper member 3 is of a well-breathing laminated structure composed of a waterproofing nonwoven fabric, a pulp layer, a waterproofing film layer and a heat-resisting material layer, and vapor generated from the gratin material 4 is absorbed and retained by the heating wrapper member 3. The gratin thus cooked, therefore, does not suffer from the deterioration of taste and is free from stickiness. Burnt marks can be formed on a surface to give a nice appearance.</p> |
