FIELD: mushroom growing in houses (cellars). SUBSTANCE: method involves filling container mounted on pallet with substrate, mycelium and moisture; enriching house air with oxygen by decomposing water into hydrogen and oxygen; depleting house air of carbon dioxide gas by swirling air and stratifying obtained vortex flow into separate gas enclosures and by removing carbon dioxide gas from house. Dew worm generated biohumus is used as substrate. Moisture used in the process is pure thaw water. Apparatus has swirling tube with annular ridges made on its inner surface to divide tube cavity into sections, each having side surface with outlet opening. Biohumus production unit has reactor for collecting and processing feces into biohumus. Reactor has gas (oxygen) blasting device. Feces conveyance device is provided with slide having cavity and cavity cleaning member. Device for cleaning water by freezing has siphon with suction and exhaust pipes, pipe connector and fastening device. Container has outer and inner sleeves, with inner sleeve height being equal to lower cavity height. Divider side surface is provided with groove for receiving sealing ring. Siphon attachment device has sleeve made from high-resilience material. EFFECT: increased efficiency and improved quality of mushrooms grown by this method. |
