PURPOSE: To enable efficient operation without any waste as to a common-use facility controller for building management. CONSTITUTION: A building management system which manages a group of common-use facilities together has an input control part 12a which controls input from an input terminal 11, an application data management part 16 which stores inputted data, a common-use facility management part 17 which manages information on the common-use facilities in control units of the common-use facilities, a system management terminal control part 12b which controls the input from a system management terminal 26, and a totalizing process part 18 which totalizes data, and when a group of the common-use facilities is utilized, the system management terminal control part 12b totalizes the use application data on the common-use facilities inputted from the input terminal 11 by the control units by controlling the totalizing process part 18 and common-use management part 17 and displays or outputs the totalization result on the system management terminal 26. In another way, the control part of the common-use facilities is directly controlled on the basis of the totalization result. |
