The hollow body consists of a front part (20) and a rear part, whereby the front part can be connected to the rear part via intermediate rings (25) to enable matching to prefabricated surface parts (11) of different thicknesses. The intermediate rings can be removably connected to the front and rear parts by latches (49) and latch holders. Where several intermediate rings are used, these are removably joined together using latches. Each ring is a one-piece plastic body with an outer annular flange with a latch on its inner wall and an annular latch holder on one end.
