Mixing bowl wall temp. monitor

The wall structure of the container for materials to be mixed, and esp. foodstuffs such as meat with additives such as fat and water, has a temp. monitor with /-2 sensors (12,13) in the wall. Also claimed is a temp. measurement, during mixing, where the temp. of the contact surfaces of the wall with the mixing materials is compared with the wall temp., to give the actual temp. of the mixing materials. Pref. /-1 sensor (12) measures the temp. on the side of the wall towards the mixed materials and a further sensor (13) measures the wall temp.. The sensors (12,13) are in a sensor holder (4) at the base of a bowl (1), extending to the bowl (1) interior, and screwed into the bowl wall. A heat-conductive sealing mass is formed between the sensor holder (4) and the wall.
