The system measures the characteristics of accessories and the output states corresponding to the various input conditions while the power of the PCB is on or off in partial or overall manner. The system comprises: a PCB(210); a stimulus(110) for supplying power or current to the PCB(210); a current measuring device(120) for measuring the current of each accessories; a voltage measuring device(130) for measuring the voltage of each accessories; an analog/digital converter(140) for sampling the on/off state of LED and AC/DC voltage; a frequency counter(150) for measuring the frequencies of nodes; a sensor simulation(160) for simulating sensors and switches; a power source(170); a signal conditioner(180) for managing the attenuation and the filtering of the input signal; a multi relay device(190) for selecting nodes; and a personal computer(200) for controlling the operation and the managing of the data.
