This invention describes the single crystal ferrite wherein the forming area(Fe2O3,MnO,ZnO) is bounded by the straight lines (AB,BC,CD,DE,EA) composed of A(51,29,20), B(53,27,20), C(54,27,19), D(54,30,16) and E(51,33,16) alike the figure (2) in which the points indicate mole % of each Fe2O3, MnO and ZnO. There are provided SnO2 0.2-2 mole %, CoO 0.1-1 mole %, CaCO3 0.2-1 mole % and V2O5 0.02-1 wt % in the area. |
