Arrangement for continuous metering of flour over dough pieces for, e.g. bread

Arrangement has dusting material, partic. flour, strewn over dough goods of different types and consistency in the mfr. of e.g. bread. The dusting material is continuously metered by a mesh belt (2) which is controlled by a timing relay (8) and guided cyclically, reciprocally or continuously over a perforated plate (5). The flour container (1) is pref. surrounded by flexible curtains (9). The amt. of strewn flour can pref. be adjusted by the cycle sequence and period in combination with change of direction of rotation.
