The system comprises a micom(1), a micom peripheral circuit(3), a key matrix(4) and a control signal transmitting part(2). If the number of the received phone signal coincides with the set number and if the security number coincides with the set number, the micom transmits the corresponding control signal through the control signal transmitting part(2) by connecting a phone signal detecting part(7), a button signal detecting part(8) and a phone line connecting part(10).
