摘要

PURPOSE:To prevent the lowering of a constant ratio caused by luminescence of non-display cells by delaying the leading edge and the trailing edge of clock pulses to make then coincide with the leading edge and the trainling edge of discharge pulses and preventing the high voltage due to the discharge voltage from being applied to non-display cells.
