<p>A lock assembly 54 is secured in an opening 52 in a door of a hinged ticket dispensing device by four tabs 72 evenly spaced around the periphery of and extending into the opening 52. The tabs 72 engage threads 68 on the body portion 58 of the lock 54 which extends through the opening 52 with a head portion 56 on the exterior of the door. Each tab 72 has a free end portion with an inclined surface 76 to position the lock 54 in the opening 52 and to prevent its removal. The dispensing device comprises a housing with a roof 18, a floor 26, two sidewalls 24, 22 (not shown) and a front end 20 with the door hinged at its lower end to the rear end.</p> |
