a signal level amplifying part(10) amplifying the signal level by comparing the signal values(A, G, C, D) with a reference voltage; an offset value adjusting part(20) adjusting the offset value using the amplified signal level; an A/D converter(1) converting the amplified signal level to a digital signal; a CPU controlling the converted signal values to be displayed on an oscilloscope(OSC); a memory part(2); a D/A converter(3); a ripple counter(5) counting the signal values converted to the digital signal; a RS-232C port(4); and a PC displaying each signal value on a monitor.
