<p>PURPOSE: To recover the liquid by the gravity by connecting a liquid outlet of a vacuum tank to a liquid inlet of a liquid tank through a communication tube having a valve, connecting an air inlet having a valve to the communication tube between the valve and the liquid storage tank, and connecting a discharge tube having a valve to the liquid storage tank. CONSTITUTION: Valves 18d, 18e are closed, and other valves are opened and a vacuum pump 19 is operated to make a vacuum tank 15 and a liquid storage tank 16 in the vacuum condition, and the gas-liquid mixture of the liquid and air is introduced to the vacuum tank 15 through an introduction tube L1 . The gas-liquid mixture is separated into the liquid to be recovered and the gas, and the air is discharged outside the system by a suction tube Lx while the liquid flows down to the bottom part of the vacuum tank 15 and flows into the liquid storage tank 16 by the communication tube L3 to be stored. When a level gage 20 indicates the prescribed value, the valves 18d, 18e are opened and the valve 18c is closed. The separated liquid is stored in the vacuum tank 15, and the liquid stored in the liquid storage tank 16 is discharged by the liquid discharge tube.</p> |
