METHOD FOR DECORATING BRICK USING INCINERATION ASH AS STOCK

PURPOSE: To impart an arbitrary color to a brick using incineration ash as stock without firing the brick twice. CONSTITUTION: Powder of frit having hiding power is uniformly sprinkled by 25-75mg/cm<2> on the surface of an unfired brick using incineration ash as stock and the brick with the powder is fired once. When frit whose softening point is higher than the firing temp. of the brick by 30-70 deg.C is used, slide friction can be increased.
