PURPOSE: To provide a heat transfer sheet which has the excellent antistatic effect of a back surface layer and in which the damage of a thermal head can be remarkably reduced. CONSTITUTION: A heat transfer sheet 1 comprises a recording agent layer 4 provided on the one surface of a base material 2, and a back surface layer 3 provided on the other surface, wherein the layer 3 contains binder resin and charge-transfer complex, the complex contains conductive organic polymer of electron donor and electron acceptor, and the surface resistivity of the layer 3 is 10<11> Ω/cm<2> or less. |
