PURPOSE: To obtain differential limit force stably while maintaining surface pressure of a sliding part of a pinion gear top surface and a housing hole wall surface to a low limit. CONSTITUTION: A differential device 7 consists of a differential case 21, a pair of side gears 37, 39 which are rotatably supported in the case 21, at least one pair of pinion gear group 67, 69 which are engaged with each other and which are formed in order to slidably and rotatably house the pinion gear group 67, 69. The pinion gears 67, 69 are provided with a gear shaped correcting part formed on a side inner than a referential gear shape curved surface in the gear end of gear parts 71, 77, 73, 79 of a module (m), and it has the correcting amount of 0.04m to 0.12m in a gear top, and has the correcting amount of 0.12m to 0.40m in a radial direction.
